Speed. Strength. Power. Measurable Progress.
Every athlete trains off real data — not random workouts. At JJR, group performance training gives competitive athletes (ages 12+) the benefits of professional coaching, structured progression, and team energy.
Structured, Not Random
At JJR, athletes train through progressive 6-week blocks. Every phase builds on the last — building acceleration, max strength, explosive power, change of direction, and durability without guesswork.
Measured & Tracked Progress
Every athlete is tested and re-tested on speed (10-yard dash), vertical and broad jump, agility, strength benchmarks, and movement screening so families see real improvement, not just sweat.
Speed + Strength Integrated
We don't just lift weights. Every training week integrates sprint mechanics, plyometrics, change-of-direction drills, strength training, and injury prevention to build complete game speed.
Built for Year-Round Development
Training is structured across off-season (strength & acceleration), pre-season (power & sport speed), in-season (maintenance & durability), and post-season (restore & rebuild).

What Training Actually Looks Like
Speed & Acceleration
Sprint mechanics, first-step quickness, acceleration angles, and timed sprint efforts.
Strength Development
Structured upper and lower body focus with progressive overload built week to week.
Power & Plyometrics
Vertical and horizontal jump training, single-leg power, and explosive medicine ball work.
